Alvaro G. and the Tension Headache

Recently Alvaro G. of Hutchinson came to Cedar Hills complaining of headaches and shoulder discomfort. These two symptoms usually come hand-in-hand and are common ailments. Many people hold stress in the neck and shoulders. After receiving a 45 minute massage, Alvaro said he felt much "looser". We recommended some stretches he could do at home and he made an appointment for a follow-up massage.
