Cold Winter = Backyard Deer

As dusk began rolling over Cedar Hills one night, I looked out the kitchen window into the backyard and saw eight deer milling around. Several of them were jumping onto their hind legs and eating pine needles from our backyard trees. Another deer was digging through the snow; I assumed she was looking for leaves from autumn. They stayed there for a good hour before moving on. Later at night we saw their silhouettes under the full mood, spending the night in our backyard.
